Our MBA in Human Resource Management is designed to enhance your problem-solving skills and bridge the gap between theoretical concepts and real-world business challenges. As part of the course, we facilitate visits to local companies and host guest lecturers who share valuable industry insights. In addition to completing the core modules undertaken by all MBA students, you will specialise in either ‘International Human Resource Management’ or ‘Organisation Development and Change’. You will also conduct a dissertation in an HRM-related area that aligns with your personal interests and career goals.

Beyond this specialised MBA, we also offer alternative pathways, including a general MBA and MBAs focused on Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Marketing.

We are proud to collaborate with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) to offer dual accreditation, enhancing your professional profile. Upon completing your MBA, you will receive the CMI Level 7 Extended Diploma in Management and Leadership. Additionally, you will gain an Affiliate Membership of CMI, providing access to an extensive range of knowledge resources.

Course Structure

This MBA combines structured teaching with self-directed research. You will have the flexibility to tailor your dissertation topic to align with your professional aspirations and personal interests.

A diverse range of teaching methodologies is used, including lectures, seminars, class discussions, case studies, group projects, presentations, and applied study techniques.

Assessments primarily consist of coursework assignments and a dissertation, though some modules may also include examinations.
